In MCK Thika Church, there exists a strong men's fellowship that has a total number of 56 members with a dedicated leadership team. The fellowship cultivates the spirit of togetherness through brother's keeper groups that are of concern on each member welfare and outreach one to another.

Men's Fellowship participates with other Methodist Church Fellowships on rallies normally held on yearly basis on every month of July both at circuit and synod levels.
